By purchasing tickets from North Heights you are agreeing to the following understanding. If for some reason you are unable to attend a performance or event:
North Heights Lutheran Church does not offer compensation, refunds or exchanges for missed performances or event. North Heights also maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather. In the event a performance is cancelled, refunds will be made less shipping costs.
