Tuesdays, 6am
Arden Hills Great Hall
A men's prayer group that asks eight accountability questions. Open to all men. We support and encourage each other with friendship, biblical devotions, songs of worship, loving accountability, prayer, and humor.
Groups meet year-round on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:15am in the Arden Hills Great Hall. Men of all ages are welcome to participate in the Men of Integrity Accountability Groups. Throughout the year, the men involved are encouraged to memorize scripture together, and asked to alternate in preparing and sharing a devotion.
Men of Integrity meet to know Christ and make him known. We gather in a huddle that utilizes a Biblical devotional that engages a group exchange which allows for Holy Spirit rhema moments. We enjoy the mutual mentoring of Iron Sharpening Iron. Also employed are a song of worship, accountability questions, prayer, and loving humor. Friendships are formed and encouraging tools are provided to be Jesus to our families, neighbors, and work place. We do an outreach annually to the men at Metro Hope Ministries, providing a meal and worship service.
Our mission is to transform men together in Christ to influence a lost world for the Kingdom of God. We do this by the leading and power of the Holy Spirit for the glory of our King, Jesus Christ.
Eight Accountability Questions
-
Have you been with a person of the opposite sex in a way that might be seen as compromising?
-
Have any of your financial dealings lacked integrity?
-
Have you exposed yourself to any sexually explicit material?
-
Have you spent adequate time in Bible study and prayer?
-
Have you given priority to your family?
-
Have you fulfilled the mandates of your calling?
-
Have you been taking care of your temple?
-
Have you just lied to me?
This is a valuable Christian model for the men involved.
