Young Author’s Conference

At North Heights Christian Academy (NHCA) we believe that a curriculum which provides for the development of excellent student writing skills prepares students for current and future academic success. The Annual Young Author’s Conference offers students an opportunity to learn writing skills from professional writers in our community. During the Conference, professional writers lead concentrated sessions that teach students about writing and idea generation techniques. The conference includes professional writers specializing in songwriting, videography, fiction and nonfiction writing, and cartoon drawing/writing.

We had Authors, Song Writers, Professional Writers and
Illustrators from all over the Cities come and teach us about different ways we can use our gifts of writing for God’s glory.
