Senior Housing Announcement
We are pleased to report that the North Heights congregation approved the vote on February 9, 2020. The vote was 94% in favor for us to move forward with the sale of the 4.6 acres for an Assisted and Independent Living Center at the North Heights Arden Hills campus.
North Heights members have inquired about the possibility of moving into this new senior center. Consequently, the developer, United Properties and Halley Land Corp., has offered to add those interested to a Priority List. This Priority List is available to North Heights members over the age of 55 (or relatives or friends of members) seeking independent living or assisted living.
Those on the Priority List have two benefits:
- You’ll have an opportunity to meet with the developer to discuss and reserve a place (if you wish) prior to others being contacted.
- If you choose to reserve and move in, you'll be offered a discount, which we are told will be significant.
There is no risk in submitting your name to the Priority List, but the developer has asked that only individuals who have a genuine interest be submitted. Details will be explained when you are contacted. The projected completion of the building is the fall of 2021.
To place your name on the Priority List, send your contact information to email@example.com.
